Photography is a wonderful thing. You can document reality but the most fun is when you can create alternate reality - no, not something that did not exist, but something that existed that your naked eye didn't pay much attention to but your camera was able to capture that moment and when you looked at the photo you realized what you had missed.

Here is some fun with the mommy's glasses and the wonderful 100mm Macros lens.

The camera focused on the glasses and the glasses perfectly projected her face and the narrow depth-of-field of a 100mm 2.8 lens just diffused the face enough to highlight the projected face on the glasses.
