Why Doesn't @Apple get date programming right? Ever?

They've not been able to handle leap year. Alarms don't work on leap years and now the wonderful 'Do Not Disturb' feature ignores its schedule and keeps you in the 'Do Not Disturb' mode forever.
Very sad.
Maybe it is time they to put the $100 billion sitting out there to hire some testers.
