Lining the Delhi-Jaipur highway are these vast spans of Mustard Farms, the kinds they extol in songs calling foreigners back home. All you see is yellow as far as your eyes can see. We stopped by one such farm on our way back from Jaipur. I took a bunch of pictures. It was bright and sunny and the sun was over our head. The farms seemed to be on fire.
We never see anything like this in America, at least not in the corner where we live. All we see are giant trees or worse: walls that prison your on the road more than your car does.
