the blues

One of my favorite photos from the 9/11 memorial lights. This is one of the very few that I've done in cooler blue tones. Most of the others, like the one below, are far warmer. I am somewhat surprised how well the blue tones work in this setting. 

The photo below is almost identical - except that I've corrected lens-distortion in post-processing and I've finished it much warmer.  They look like very different images but they are not. 

Also, very happy to use Adobe Lightroom's Len Correction feature. Quite a difference and fairly easy to use.
