We were in Columbus, OH for Thanksgiving this year at Ravindra and Tulika's place. This was our first time with Akshra. We've been wanting to go for a while but somehow it never happened. Well, it was a great trip from our perspective but I am sure Ravindra and Tulika have a different opinion :-) as Akshra teethed and was a huge racket.

However, Akshra was crazy about this exotic pet bird that Ravindra and Tulika own. They saved this beautiful Australian parrot from certain death a few years ago and have been taking care of it since. Akshra couldn't get enough of the 'buddy', as she called it.
