I know hating the Oscars is the thing to do and yet without the academy recognizing this film it was unlikely if I and many others would have had a chance of watching this film.
Parasite is a brilliant film. A film with a very clear purpose and excellent execution. Easily one of the most powerful films I have seen in a while. I loved how it starts one way and on purpose drags in the middle and then grabs you by the throat just when you were beginning to lose attention.
